This is the first year model. I purchased it in 2003 new and have put about 7,000 miles a year on it. Oil changed every 3-4,000 miles and fluids every 2 years. Everything works except the windshield motor so it is raised and lowered manually. Note before you go on...this is the cleanest, ost well taken care of ST on the Internet. It is the lowest priced ST on the Internet by at least $500. The price is fair, o if you can't afford it, lease pass on the offers. It has 99k miles and ridden thru 35 states mostly by my wife. It won the best Sport Touring bike shootout Rider Magazine (2006 or 07. Can't quite remember). All service up to date and runs like new. No noises! Major running gear has been replaced. Wheel bearings, rive shaft, ifferential, t 60,000 miles from a wrecked 5,0 mile donor bike NEW clutch, lutch slave and oil changed every 4,00 miles. Fork oil, oolant brake flush new plugs at 80,000.. No recalls on this model. I have spent well more than the average owner to keep this bike running like a Swiss watch and I have all the receipts to prove it. There are a couple scratches on lower fairing ( Pictures) which don't show up easily and the Right saddlebag has a repaired crack. Wide angle mirror buttons Bridgestone Nitrogen inflated tires; front is 40% worn and the rear is 400 miles from new. All service was performed by Champion Motorcycles in Costa Mesa until they closed. Since then, untington Beach Honda has taken over and they know these bikes. This is a great deal for someone who wants a trustworthy commuter, ong distance or pleasure ride. I Have retired to my Goldwing. This is a 250,000 mile+ bike. The motor is bullet proof 115 hp and 86ft lb torque. Prefer buyers within 5-600 miles and will consider helping on delivery.
