For sale. my Dorsoduro 1200.
If you are reading this. then you will know this bike fits into a very small niche. the Hypermotard! I bought this after my usual Sportsbikes. and wasn't disappointed with the lack of power (coming from a BMW S1000RR) as it is much more accessible on real UK roads. Once I had got used to the new riding position. I love it. and now I want to do more miles like this. but this is not for doing distances on. as this has a crumby tank size (best I have seen is 110 miles. but more often than not. 80 miles. !!). The selectable traction control is really rather good on its mid setting. and the ABS is transparent too.
I bought it from WheelsMotorcycles (Aprilia Dealer in Peterborough). and I am the first one to put miles it in the UK. as it was a Aprilia demo bike beforehand. I bought it with 2346miles on it (last March). and it now has 3559 miles on it (this is my dry road only toy).
It has both immobiliser keys. and I have put in the Dorsoduro 750 handguards as they look better to me (originals included). and it has an EvoTech tailtidy installed by WheelsMotorcycles. It had (with me) non transferable warranty from the dealer. but it hasn't needed a thing. and never missed a beat. or wanted for anything. Its dry use only. and always garaged (located in Northampton). if you have any questions. please ask.
