aprilla scooter moped vehical motorbike SP101LR

This is my sons bike that he has used for over a year to get from a to b. He is selling the bike due to passing his driving test and no longer needs it. there is a crack in the plastic of the clocks but can easy be replaced there is a 2inch scratch on the right side of the bike I don't no if it can be seen in the pics. the tail light is also cracked. He has had a lot of work done on the bike it has new gaskets. ylinder. nd cylinder head. it has also had a top end rebuild. The bike hasn't been used since the end of summer and currently isn't running properly but is a easy fix to someone with mechanical knowledge. The problem is when the bikes running as soon as you pull the throttle back it dies. This bike also has kick start as well as electric start. I cant check the exact mileage but no it is no more than 9000 as the battery's dead and I don't have means to charge it.
