This scooter is for spares or repairs. personally I would take the engine out and build a go-cart.

Too many issues to mention. the last thing to break was the ignition switch so you would either have to buy a new ignition switch or hot wire it.

The engine is probably the only good thing on it (before the ig switch broke)

No MOT or Tax.
