2008 Aprilia RXV450 Supermoto

Up for sale is my 2008 Aprilia RXV 450 that has been converted to Supermoto style street bike. I bought this bike new from dealer. When new, converted it from dual purpose off-road to Supermoto with 17" Excel wheels. It has never been off road. This bike has Aprilia factory hand guards, custom Renazco racing seat in leather andultra suede (very comfortable for this type of seat). The plastics are original and in excellent condition. It has a fender eliminator kit. Engine and exhaust are stock. It had all the tuning updates done by the dealer when purchased. It has a performance air filter. I added passenger foot pegs that were available outside the U.S. so you can ride two up. It has Continental Supermoto tires with plenty of tread left on them - it has a 160 rear that I needed to shave to clear the chain. If I were to do it again, would go with a 150 tire and save the trouble. Sprocket and gearing were changed to something more appropriate for the street.Installed is a Kouba lowering link and has a SXV kick stand so the height is correct for the street. The bike has went down on the left side and there are some scratches if you look closely to the hand guards and left foot peg. They are not easy to notice. I am pretty meticulous and they don't bother me - I tried to get pictures of them and it doesn't even show up in the photos. The bike looks immaculate otherwise and runs excellent. This bike is a very fast 450 liquid-cooled twin, igh revving with titanium valves, nd drysump oil system. The bike is extremely fun to ride on the street and gets plenty of looks. It's awesome around town. In fact, don'tthink I've ever seen another one like it. I am selling because I only have time for so many hobbies and as you can tell by the mileage, t rarely gets ridden. It has been very well taken care of and the oil has been changed regularly.
