1998 Aprilia RS125 Street Legal 2 Stroke in Excellent Condition, Exotic, Rare

This motorcycle is a rare 1998 Aprilia RS125 two-stroke that is street legal and has a clear West Virginia title. I have owned this motorcycle for several years and during that time, he engine has been completely rebuilt with a new crank, iston and rings, ower valve, lutch, ounter balancing gears and seals. The crank replacement and other engine work was done by Extreme Powersports in McHenry, aryland. The bodywork was professionally repainted and new graphics were put on to replace the original Tetsuya Harada replica decals that came on this motorcycle from the factory. The bike has been part of my collection of Aprilia motorcycles and has only been ridden a total of about two miles since being rebuilt and restored. The mileage on the odometer is indicated as 12,375 kilometers, hich translates to 7,689 miles. It is almost completely stock except for replacement turn signals and a Shark exhaust system with carbon fiber silencer. It still uses the original oil injection system with full synthetic Motul injector oil and the stock airbox with a new filter. The tires still have a fair amount of tread, ut are very old and really should be replaced. The left front fork has a small spot of rust on the fork tube which does not appear to affect the performance. The rear wheel has corrosion under the paint which is lifting slightly around the valve stem. The windscreen has some fading and blemishes due to age. This bike is not perfect, ut is very clean, traight, nd has many new parts. It is a very nice and collectible classic two stroke sport bike that can be ridden on the street as a bonus.
