Aprilia Superteen for sale.
For sale is my son's beloved Aprilia Superteen race bike.
We were recommended to buy this bike by the organiser of the Aprilia superteen challenge. nbsp;Ian Newton. Ian knew that the previous owner always had the bike prepared and fully maintained by Magtune regardless of cost. Magtune produce some of the quickest 125's on the grid and this is one of them. From the start of the season we were able to fight in the top five at every race we finished. setting two pole positions. three race fastest laps and eight podiums in from the 5 rounds we contested.
The previous owner had intended to keep this bike as a second machine and had a rebuild carried out before we approached him regarding buying it. Due to the quality of maintenance carried out and the condition of the machine we paid £2600 for it. My son's exam commitments this year meant we were unable to commit to a full season and the engine benefits from only having done a limited amount of track time.
As you can see from the photos. nbsp;I have just completed a top end rebuild including a new nicasil liner in the barrel (top end kit and barrel work: £350). Had bodywork stripped. nbsp;prepped and resprayed for next owner along with new levers. grips. bar ends etc. We will not be racing the bike again.
NOTE: THIS BIKE WILL NEED TO BE RUN IN PROPERLY BEFORE HARD USE ON THE TRACK.
