Aprilia RS125

Hi there.  

Welcome to my auction of this 2003 aprilia RS 125.

The bike has been a project of mine for the past three months and is now ready to go to a good home. The bike is running with all lights. suspension and brakes working well. Though there is an advisory on the MOT about the thickness of the rear brake pads though these have been changed by my good self (and yes that's me being a prat in the photos). The engine is the really good bit about this bike. The top end has been re-built and the engine needs running in. Only another 497miles to go till its run in.

The engine boasts:

A 34mm carb. A racing foam air filter. A working power valveAn Arrows exhaust has been fitted. Now as a precaution when re-building the top end I filled the tank with pre-mix. This has now done an the oil pump is working. Bodywork wise all the panels have been cover in carbon fibre wrap. The only thing that hasn't is the rear mudguard.

 The seats also have been professionally recovered by June's Soft Furnishings.  

The tyres have a lot of life in them.  

The only bad things about this bike is the fairing doesn't fit quite flush below nose cone on the left hand side 100% but then it is Italian and there are small bubbles in the glass on the tacho.

This is a great bike for those who have yet to pass their test and those who have just passed their test. Sport bike performance with out the sport bike bills.  

The bike has a V5c and a MOT. I would strongly suggest if you are the winning bidder that you get it picked up by van or something similar as the police tend to pulled 125 a lot around here and its not worth the risk. if however you can wait I will give the winning bidder all the details you need to make your first ride a legal one.

The bike also come with a three spoke rear wheel if I don't get a chance to change it.
