APRILIA RS125 Full Power & Trick Parts - Siezed, needs Rebuild (Simple).

Aprilia RS125. Trick Parts. Learner Legal. Full Power.

An Aprilia RS125 with all the trick parts. barrel scored after siezure. needs repair. I'd recommend APTEC check out their website. F1 and all racing experience. they do the best possible refurb on any engine.

In parts as you can see. but easy to reassemble in one day.

I'm not doing it as I have 6 fractured vertebrae etc from a crash on a much faster RS250 with carbon wheels etc.

I barely bothered running a dust cloth over the bike and parts. been standing in a dusty shed for 3 months.

All parts are included. no missing bolts. no siezed anything. just bolt it together and go.

New Parts;

Double-bubble screen. no scratches. (£50)

Red Aluminium screen bolt kit. (£10)

V-force 3 carbon reeds and reed cage (£140)

Brand new just run in edge to edge DUNLOP Qualifier 2 Rear. superb lightweight tyre. 150/60. faster handling than a 160/60. (£125. 00)

Ultimate heavy duty EBC "Dirt Racer" MX/ATV clutch kit. will never need another clutch. (£140)

Red Aluminum lightweight Bar ends. 20. 00) standard heavyweight ones included too. standard cluthc plates also supplied.

New Rear HH sintered gold brake pads. new EBC front pads(£30. 00)

Front tyre is in almost new condition also.

Airbox mod and pipercross filter installed (£20)

New Renthal lightweight front sprocket in standard size. (£18)

Reciepts kept for everything. More than £500 worth of new parts !

Chain and sprockets fine for a good while yet.

Battery in good condition.

No electrical problems. everything works properly.

High quality replacement fairing bolts and clips installed where needed. (£15. 00)

Always used top of the range Rock Oil racing 2-stroke and racing transmission oil.

Oil changed evey few hundred miles. gearbox very clean.

Full Power Kit.

Has the fastest and best Gillardoni cylinder.

Full power solenoid and cable.

Electrical RAVE controller installed.

Arrow full power exhaust.

Full power spark plug fitted.

NEEDS A NEW POWER VALVE BLADE - plenty on ebay etc.

I've seen 110 mph on the clock on a long downhill and thats with an untuned engine.

Not Good things.

1 mirror is missing (£14. 00 a pair new)

2 indicators are damaged. one needs a fix. one needs a replacement. (£15. 00)

Arrows pipe is getting a bit old.

Bodywork has a few scratches. but will clean up well.

Needs a new power valve (£30+)

Needs a rebore and cylinder plating. (price depends on who and what you use. Nicasil. Aptec etc. )

Superb 125 bike. bargain price. money back if not satisfied.

Must be one of the best project bikes on ebay right now.

Selling for a reasonable price. I've owned 60 bikes. broken lots of bones and I'm too old for this !!

Just added a picture of the cylinder damage.

Basically it's a clean Gilardoni Aprilia with one deep score caused by a broken piston ring. the score goes from the exhaust port to about 4 mm from the top of the cylinder. Pics very soon !!

Cash on collection preferred. Registered with the DVLA with a SORN (Statutory Off-road Registration Notice) so completely legal. just needs an MOT and tax and it's road legal again. Collection or bike transport courier from Betws y Coed. Wales.
