Aprilia RSV Mille 2003

Here we have one of the last of the Mk1 Milles.   I bought this brand new in 2003 from the now long deceased Matlock Motorcycles in Derbyshire. and I'm the one and only owner to this day.   The engine is standard and unmolested.   The only "performance" upgrades are the Akrapovic end can and a K&N washable air filter.   The bike had its PDI and first service at Matlock Motorcycles. followed by second service at D&K in Newcastle under Lyne - the nearest Aprilia dealer to me at the time. after Matlock Motorcycles ceased trading.   I've used it for summer commuting. Sunday rides and the occasional longer trip.   After the above it has been meticulously serviced by me according to the Aprilia service schedule. always garaged. and never used in winter.   In summary. I've cared for the bike very well from a mechanical point of view. but I'm a rider not a polisher.   It has some cosmetic imperfections on the bodywork - light scratches and scars on both sides from various scrapes and indiscretions on my part over the last 11 years!

Items of note include reach adjustable CNC shorty levers (standard levers also included). one-off professionally made seat cover. Akrapovic end can (standard can also included). clear indicator lenses. recent new tyres and battery. recent new front discs and pads. single seat hump and pillion seat. pillion peg hangers removed but included in sale. carbon hugger. carbon swinging arm protectors.   12 months MoT.   Taxed until end of October 2014.
