Aprilia Scooter 100cc

Hello. Im selling this scooter on behalf of my friend who hasnt got an ebay account. reason for sale is he no longer uses it.

The scooter is an Aprilia Scarabeo. it's registered in 2003. its a 'Twist and go' 4 stroke scooter. Its very economical. cheap to run. and insure. tax is only ??17 for 12 months aswell. It'll do 70/80 mile per gallon minimum and can get up to 55/60-mph easily enough. The mileage on the clock reads 15. 31 kilometers. that's around 9. 00 miles. very low for the year. The scooter itself starts and stops as it should and rides very well. It currently hasnt got an mot. that has only very recently expired. All it will need to pass will be a rear tyre (??28/35 on ebay) and a couple of bulbs (number plate and rear brake light) everything else seems to be in good working order with no leaks. creaks. or rattles.

Cosmetically its in ok condition for the year. none of the plastics are hanging off. there is the odd scratch here and there. all these show up in the pictures. I'll make it is thoroughly cleaned and tidied before it is sold. Other parts that may need investing in are a left brake lever as the end has snapped off. still usable though. and it appears to be missing the kick start lever. both of these can be bought cheaply on ebay and take minutes to fit. The scooter has an electric start. so not having kick start isnt causing any inconvenience.

So. with a little tlc you can have a very economical 100cc scooter with low mileage. good performance. for a bargain price.
