Aprilia SR 125 2 Stroke Scooter. 4 Former Keepers From new, Well Maintained!

Aprilia SR 125 (2000)Here i have my Aprilia SR 125 scooter for sale. 4 previous keepers. 29900 KMH (around 15000 miles). MOT till June next year. I have known the history of the bike since 2010 and has never been abused. This bike was sat for 4 years before i bought it. so i put a bit of time into the bike and looked after it. running it on best grade 2 stroke (Rock oil JASO FD) and Gear oil (Castrol). so mechanical wise this scooter is very good. i also have some paperwork for the bike including its new price and invoices from when first bought. This type of aprilia scooter was the better one made compared to the others. far much more reliable. Genuine Odometer Readings From M. O. T:02/08/2006 - 1940702/08/2007 - 2413918/08/2010 - 2638301/07/2014 - 26530Present - 29990The fairing on the bike is in good condition with some scratches. but would be expected of a 14yr old scooter. but is good for age. This bike has been good to me and never let me down. and will probably continue doing so if you run it on good oil. not your supermarket stuff.  By all means. for a scooter these are fairly underated performance wise. The scooter will reach 70MPH and acceleration is very good to. so you wont be holding traffic up with one of these. There are some bad points. but nothing major at all. Auto choke wire needs re connecting. (runs fine and still starts fine. just struggles to tick over when warm)Starter Button doesnt work. so will need new switch. (has kick start so you can still start bike)The fairing where the starter button screws onto has broke. so will need repairing. (due to me leaning over to open my gate. i snapped it off)Needs Rear Mudguard. With a little time and effort this could easily be sorted. i am sure that the next owner will get good use out of this. as it has been  absolutly faultless to me!This is a really good scooter. and i hope it goes to a owner which will look after her. happy bidding!
