1983 BMW K100. V5C Present, Good Number, Spares Or Repairs Project bike. 1000cc

I am listing this for a friend of mine. Neil. who is not on eBay. He can be contacted on 07970 279180. the bike is a 1983 BMW K100 which is a 1000c machine. It has its V5C present with the number being 999. so would be interesting to maybe a policeman or ex-policeman. Looking on the private number plate sites. they typically ask several hundred pounds for these registration numbers on there own. The bike was a runner apparently. but the last owner started to strip it to restore it and then typically ran out of steam. So. this is currently a none runner being sold as a project bike or on a spares / repairs basis. There is no reserve. so this bike will sell this time. first time. without doubt. I am told that these break up for good money. but are basically bullet proof machines that don. often go wrong anyway. This I understand is the injection model. Collection is preferred. but I can arrange for this bike to be delivered to you within the mainland UK by courier for ?100. If you bid. you buy. this is being sold as a project as it is without any warranty given or implied. Finally. I would appreciate any final payment being made directly to Neil as this is not my machine. I am simply advertising it for him.
