1994 BMW R1100 RS Touring Motorbike- Excellent Condition - Full Pannier Set

Up for sale is my beloved BMW R1100 RS in blue. reluctantly selling due to buying the new version of it. This really is a great bike. its in excellent condition despite the age and has been truly looked after. it starts and drives perfectly every time. Further to this. the bike comes with a complete set of panniers to allow for touring in comfort. The mileage is 44. 00 which for a shaft driven motorbike is not that much (You will often see these bikes with the boxster engines running far over 100k miles. they eat up the miles with ease) What's more. shaft driven bikes require very little maintenance so all you have to worry about is your next tour destination. I have regularly changed the oil. filters. spark plugs (Annually) to ensure she remains in peak condition. All maintenance has occurred through official BMW dealerships and the last service the bike received was March of last year where the bike received a full refresh (New sealing rings. inner gasket. swing arm bearings. Front and rear calliper clean (Costing ?488). Further to this the bike received a new head gasket on the left and a new right cylinder head gasket in early 2014 (Costing ?720) so you wont have to worry about oil leaks for a very long time. In 2011 the ignition generator was replaced (Costing ?440) hence why it starts up so nicely. Finally the bike received new Metzeler tyres front and rear at 36. 00 miles so there is tons of life left in these as you can see from the pictures. Taxed until September 2015 / MOT due in May but I have never had any trouble at MOT time. ABS and Heated Grips work as new also (Helped by the new BMW battery I put in at the back end of last year)The only negatives which have to be mentioned are as follows: - The paint has peeled off part of the right hand rocker box cover (Shown in the pics). this does not effect performance at all and is just aesthetic.   - There is a small nick in the rear seat (Shown in the pic) This is hardly noticeable and of course does not effect performance but has to mentioned. The bike will be sold with all the documentation. service documents and the motorbike handbook. Please feel free to come and see the bike. I'm confident first to see will buy.
