2002 BMW R1150GS in Good/Fair condition for age. She may not be the cheapest on here. but is sound and has by far the most extras and is ready to tour today. My 1150GS has done 57000 miles (and may go up slightly before the end of this auction. but not greatly). It's solid. well serviced and reliable - MOT until end March 2015 and Taxed until end April 2015. Standard GS Features: Heated Grips (both working on 2 settings) Full Toolkit under seat My bike has the additional benefit of : GS 'Adventure' style Beak Extender New battery GS Adventure screen (a little taller and wider than the standard GS one) Tobinators (screen extenders for more wind protection and comfort) Extra panel below the clocks fitted with voltmeter and temperature gauge. This has a map/document sleeve on the top and expands to almost twice the height shown in the pics. The rear shock has been replaced in 2012 with a used part. and is working fine. I would have no reservation about selling this bike to a friend as she is truly reliable and has plenty of miles and touring left in her. The Final Drive seal ( a common repair in higher mileage GS') has been replaced. New Metzler Tourance Tyres in Apr 14. Scrubbed in nicely with only low miles on them. I have both keys and also the original master key. along with lots of receipts for work done. Needs an ABS reset (a simple diagnostic fix) at the MOT - which it will sail through as a formality.
