2001 BMW R850 RTIC WHITE

Here we have my Ex Police BMW R850RT motorcycle.

I am selling this bike due to having purchased a new motorcycle.

I purchased this motorcycle in May 2012 from a dealer showing a mileage of 36278.

I purchased it due to traveling from Kent to Essex regularly to see my other half and it was ideal for getting through the Dartford Tunnel quickly and free of charge.

I didn’t use it in the rain. Why would I as I have a car too!  

The bike came with a full Police service history log printout showing full and detailed servicing up to a mileage of 30072.

I have just had the motorcycle fully serviced at 38992 miles with new plugs. fuel filter. oil and oil filter. air filter and a new alternator belt.

The motorcycle is in extremely good condition apart from some very minor age related marks. (See pictures).

It has the electric windshield. full panniers. ABS braking system and heated grips.

The bike is SORN and the MOT has expired but I am very happy to put the bike through an MOT for the new owner as the motorcycle has never even had an advisory during its past MOT’s. I am that confident in the mechanical condition of this motorcycle.

Old MOT’s and a few bills are present as is the Police service log printout.  

This really is a lovely motorcycle and the new owner will not be disappointed.

I am happy for prospective owners to view and test ride the machine but in order to test ride. the full purchase price will be left as a deposit.

If you drop it – you’ll pay for it.
