2008 BMW R1200RT R 1200 RT Really nice example, clean and a full history too

As a general overview of the bike:

A really nice example! Serviced to Date and with a very high specification. It is in lovely condition for the age and mileage.

Will need a set of tyres quite soon. but has had a recent service and has an MOT up to 2016.

BASIC DETAILS:

Reg Number: LR58 RNX

MOT: 13 th January 2016

Documents: All documents and papers to date. service bills

Keys: 2 metal and 1 plastic

Books and manuals: All books. service book stamped to date.

SPECIFICATION AND EXTRAS:

ABS. Heated grips and heated seat. Electronic suspension adjustment. Traction control. tank pads. foot rest plate protectors. garmin mount (no unit). pannier guards. tyre pressure monitors.

SERVICE HISTORY:

Full BMW service history up to 42 k service. Last service was at a non franchise specialist at 44976.

Due an annual soon. but I would wait and do something at 48 K to get back on track with mileage.

FAULTS AND ISSUES:

Some wear and tear. corrosion and rust as you might expect. but very little for the age and miles.

Light corrosion on wheels and starting on the rear diff. but forks good.

Both tyres are quite worn. so due a pair soon I think. Please check out the pictures.

TEST RIDE DETAILS:

Rides well. Nothing is unusual and it all works fine. and it in fact is a very smooth and quiet ride. a nice one.

CONCLUSIONS:

A very nice bike. and a credit to it's last owner. It rides fine. and is ready to ride and enjoy.

A great example. and a NO RESERVE SALE!

I am located in the south west. close to the A303. the M3 and about an hour from Bath. Bristol and Southampton. 2 hours/90 miles from London.

I am also convenient for a mainline railway station with direct services from London Waterloo and I would be happy to collect you from the local railway station if you wish to travel here by train and then ride the bike home.

I am happy to discuss delivery if this helps - for a fee - as I have a pick up truck or to advise on collection services.

Delivery in the UK is ?130 England or Wales. a bit more to Scotland.

I am selling this bike as a TRADER and I do this as my full-time occupation. with 20+ years experience in the trade.

The bike IS NOT registered to me but will be on a dealer S. O. R. N. Most of my stock is purchased directly from official dealers. so the bikes have been checked by the dealer as well as myself. I will always ride and check the machines myself before sale. and they are fully able to be ridden home. unless otherwise noted in the ad. It may not have any tax . but there is a Post Office a few minutes from the house if you need/want to tax it. I have a very fine professional mechanic friend who does work for me. so anything done on the bikes is by an expert.

ALL BIKES ARE SUPPLIED HPI CLEAR.
