Description

2001 BMW R1200C - ice blue - mechanically perfect with on 43K miles and less than 1. 00 miles on new Metzler tires. Features:Beautiful 2001 BMW R1200C Euro Cruiser. BMW factory service manuals on DVDRecent oil change at 42K miles. This bike is the Euro package heated hand grips. 43K miles and rides like a new bike with lots of torque. Tires with 1. 00 miles on it. Garage kept and well maintained. I have actually spent many days and nights cleaning and polishing the chrome on this bike to keep it at showroom condition. I get heads turning every where I go. Everyone is surprised on how well it is maintained. especially when I tell them the year and the milage that is on it. They do not know these BMW bikes are made to run forever. The passenger seat flips up to be the rider's back rest. The handle bars have risers that extend the handle bars up and back 3 inches for a very comfortable long ride. The bike has an electrical outlet on the left side from the factory. but I installed a second electrical outlet I have installed on the handle bars to charge whatever electronic devices you may want. You can also trickle charge the bike during the winter into either electrical outlet to maintain the battery warm and fully charge. Kepping the battery on a trickle charge also extends your battery life. As you may have heard. BMW motorcycle engines break in at around 40K miles and go for hundreds of thousands of miles easily. so this bike has just been broken in and will definitely enjoy it for many years to come. This particular model of BMW were produced from 1998 to 2004 and is the only cruiser model that BMW has built and will definitely become collector's item in the future. I have been at a cross roads with emotions on selling it. and have finally decided to sell it for some much needed cash. My financial advisor (a. k. a. Spouse) also strongly suggests on selling it if I am going to purchase a new ride because 3 bikes is way too many for one person. The bike is ready to ride home if you want to fly in with the cash and ride it home. This bike is also advertised to sell localy and I reserve to end the auction at any time.
