1998 BMW R1200C R-Series Motorcycle Saddle Bags, Custom Bars Seat Pipes LowMiles

Up for Sale is my 1998 R1200C that has less than 4000 miles. I am the second owner and I purchased it in 2004. This bike comes with many upgrades and extras. First of all the bike had custom handlebars installed with correct brake lines and modified BUB pipes that sound fantastic. Dual saddle bags are great for anything you want to carry and the chrome engine guards makes it look nice and gives you a place to rest your feet on a long ride. It comes with the low profile sportster wind guard that is tinted AND a Montauk clear windshield(Has a blemish from me cleaning it). I replaced the battery (from BMW) and it comes with the trickle charger and the correct assessory plug-in installed by me. This bike also comes with the heated vest and the aux. port to plug it in. It comes with the Pavilion Comfort Seat and the full wrap around chrome grab bar and the original rear seat is firmly mounted and used for the back rest for the passenger. I have the original rear plastic cover to conceal under the seat that I will also include with the sale. Even though the mileage is 3879(approximate) currently I changed the oil to 5W-20 Amsoil Synthetic and have always kept it in the garage. The bike has always run great up until a year and a half ago. I just did not crank it enough. I have installed a new fuel pump with new seals fresh gas filter etc. and she is back to its glory and sounds wonderful again. Now for the BAD! There are a few things I need to tell you about this bike for full disclosure. The bike is 17.5 years old as it was an early 6-97 production date and on the 98 models the chrome on the wheels would pit and peel. I have tried to keep this to a minimum but it’s there never-the-less. Also there are a few places that the other chrome is less than perfect (tail-light bars) tail light housing but the paint is Very nice. No chips (small place on tank). I entered it in a show and won first place in my class. The last time I rode it was in 2009. The bike is sold as is where is shipping is buyers responsibility no international shipping unless you arrange.
