Landmark motorcycle: First year of electric start first year of 12 volt electrics first year of 750cc motor first year with tachometer.

The /5 series was produced from 1970-1973. The first two years of production had some unique features which are on this bike…the side reflectors are at the end of the turn signal posts on 1970 & 1971 models. In 1972 they were replaced with large (less attractive) reflectors on the side of the headlight bucket. The two part grab rail at the back of the seat is also unique to the 70’ & 71” models. The intake tubes into the carbs are a golden color… black in later models.
