Description

This motorcycle is in excellent condition except for a few scratches and scuff marks on the panniers. The heated seat is not wired to the motorcycle dealer would have to install the appropriate plug as this is not the original seat (I do not have the original seat).

Extras include ZTechnik engine guards driver footpeg lowering blocks (easily removed if you choose to) BMW top case and BMW expandable tank bag.

I am the original owner of this motorcycle and purchased it at BMW Ducati Triumph of Daytona in 2011. This motorcycle was adult ridden (no burnouts or aggressive riding) and most of the miles are interstate travel as this bike has been to all lower 48 states. It has been services exclusively at BMW dealerships (initial and 6k at BMW Daytona 12k at BMW Utah in Salt Lake City 18k at Max BMW Troy NY and 24k at BMW Daytona on 4/9/13). The motorcycle has been mostly unridden and garage kept since then and Battery Tender plugged in. Has fresh 91 octane fuel in tank and bike runs and drives like a new bike. Selling because I have been riding my dual sport R1200GS for the past 2 years and it breaks my heart to see a bike go unridden. This is a great touring bike with Bluetooth audio Sirius/XM radio cruise control Automatic Stability Control (ASC) heated grips adjustable windscreen and iPod/iPhone jack in waterproof compartment. Tires are Michelin Pilot Road 3's installed at 18k service and the tread looks to be at 50%-75% remaining (I'm very easy on tires).

$500 deposit by PayPal within 24 hours of auction close and balance due within 7 days. I prefer to deal in cash and face to face at either my or your financial institution during regular business hours. If that is not feasible a bank transfer is acceptable but I will hold the title and motorcycle until my bank says the money is there. Buyer is responsible for shipping or you can pick up the bike locally.

NOTE: The service manager at the dealership I bought this bike at ran my VIN to look for recalls (it has had all recalls done) and he informed me that this is a factory low suspension so it does not have ESA (electronic suspension adjustment). I never knew this because I've never ridden any other RTs. Again this is the factory low model with NO ESA. Please take that into account.
