1966 BWM R50/2 Daily Rider - Original Condition

Up for auction is my 1966 BMW R50/2 in very good condition for its age. Matching numbers bike is mostly Original paint and original equipment. The engine starts promptly and runs like a sewing machine once warmed up. This R50/2 has a newer Denfeld solo saddle and Flanders euro bars. A Schorsch Meir bench seat is included however the padding is tired Bike has Bridgestone Accolade tires with good tread left newer battery and a new ignition coil (Benchmark works). Comes with two keys that operate the fork lock and tool compartment and three keys that operate the ignition (two aero one flat). Bike has saddle bags attached but no part of the bike was modified in doing so; they can removed in a couple of minutes time. All lights and horn work fine. New piston rings installed on stock pistons and slinger service about 4k mi ago. Factory orange internal gas tank finish is in great shape (forgot to photo). Thanks for looking!

ps. Bike comes with transferable registration in my name ( most states do not issue a title for older vehicles). I could possibly transport the bike for the winning bidder to the NYC Metro area appx. June 1112 or 13th for a reasonable fee.
