1973 BMW R75/5 SWB Toaster Tank

For sale is a nice running R75/5 SWB (short wheel base) "toaster tank" model. I found this bike many years ago. No idea what real mileage is. It was left outside. It required a bit of work, ncluding carbs rebuilt, ew rings, oints and overall maintenance. It runs really well now.Electric start works perfectly, nd starts the engine instantly. It shifts well, nd rides quite comfortably. I put a brand new set of Hagon shocks on it. It also has a brand new seat....the whole seat, an, rab rail and all...not just a cover. This bike would make a great restoration project for someone who doesn't want to get into rebuilding the engine or transmission, r just run it as is for a reliable everyday bike. Plenty of parts sources available for these, ncluding here on e-bay. Needs chrome side panels. Has a nice alloy rim on front. Rear has a steel one that has some rust on it.
