BMW R 100RT with only 7k miles

This is a really nice BMW motorcycle with only 7k miles and has been serviced by BMW dealer from new.The bike has been in storage but fully recommissioned priorto putting it back on the road.All fluid drained and flushed including front forks and breaks.New oil filte, attery, ir filter etc.Ready or drive, verything works and is original to bike.Bike comes with 2 folding ignition keys,1 rigid ignition key, key for security device.Also comes with original Handbook, ervice book (fully stamped by dealer)and accessorie book.Plus full unused tool kit, ire pump, ouch up paint.in fact everything original provided by BMW when bike was purchased new.The bike is mechanically perfect (what would expect with only 7k ) and the only faults I can find are to the paintwork, hich has some small chips (pin head) and larger ones under the belly pan, aused by road debris and there is a scratch on the tan, here the seat touches . No dents on gas tank, riginal red liner still perfect.No corrosion on engine parts or other metal sufaces.The clock works !WHY BUY ONE WITH HIGH MILES ON WHEN YOU CAN HAVE THIS ONE FOR THE SAME PRICE.I have title plus bill of sale (title not required for registration in CT )
