SELLER TERMS:
1) Full payment must be RECEIVED by seller within 7 days of auction close.
2) Seller requires cleared payment in full prior to release of bike, wnership documents, tc., o buyer or buyer's agent.
3) Buyer or buyer's agent agrees to take possession of bike at seller's convenience, ncluding location and date/time - unless seller agrees in official eBay email response to other terms PRIOR to termination of auction. Buyer agrees to notify seller when full payment is cleared and to appointment options to complete transaction - transfer ownership of bike, ccessories and documents.
4) Buyer is responsible for arranging pickup, ransport, nsurance, egistration and providing rider safety equipment.
5) Bike is currently titled and registered in Texas, eller holds title (no liens).
6) For buyer protection, uyer agrees to email legal documentation or POA to seller prior to date of agreed transfer, f buyer has assigned an agent to complete the transaction on behalf of the buyer.
