NOTE: THIS LISTING WAS PULLED BY EBAY BECAUSE THEY SAID IT WAS LISTED IN THE WRONG CATEGORY. THEIR TOOL CHOSE THE ORIGINAL CATEGORY. I CALLED THEM BUT THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL. THEY SUGGESTED I DELETE THE ORIGINAL OFFER AND RE-DO IT "CORRECTLY"!

Bought from Original owner in February 2015 with 31,981 miles

Clear title and California registration through August 2016

Number 560 of 1,500 with 40 mm carbs and exhaust headers

34,500 original miles and counting

Avon Roadrider tires at 32,600 miles

Service records not available as original owner was a master mechanic and did all his own work. Has been checked out by local BMW shop and all fluids changed at 33,800 miles (engine, ear box, inal drive front brakes and front forks)

Front brake Master Cylinder rebuilt at 33,625 miles

Cosmetically and mechanically a solid 9 out of 10

Lester Alloy Rims, owder coated to match bike

Issues:

Paint blemish on right side of fairing. (see picture) The rest of the bike has some minor paint flaws but is excellent for an unrestored 39 year old bike

Rear engine seal leaking slightly. No puddles but a couple of drips after 100 miles or so.

Clock runs when it feels like it. I have a spare. VDO but not BMW marked.
