This R60/5 is a very well-loved one-owner bike that is showing its age but has been nicely maintained. The owner wanted to give it a proper send-off so he had us give it an in depth service which cost $2,630.92 before he sold it to us. We gave the bike a detailed multi-point inspection to make sure it is ready for its new owner to put on plenty of carefree miles. The valves and carburetors have been adjusted, nd the battery, oth tires, park plugs, nd one petcock have been replaced. And the engine oil, ransmission oil, nd final drive oil have all just been changed. It fires up easily, arms up quickly and settles down to a nice, azy idle. It runs and rides nicely. The transmission shifts through all the gears smoothly but there is a whining noise that can be heard as you coast with the clutch pulled in. There is a dent in the front wheel and the front suspension feels a bit stiff but the bike still goes down the road just fine. Everything else on the bike is working as it should. The original ignition switch has been replaced with the type that uses a real key. The key for the steering lock is still with the bike. Also included are the tool kit, wners manual and lots of service paperwork dating back to the '70s. The engine and frame numbers match. There are 107 pictures below detailing the condition of the bike. Please look at all of them carefully and ask any questions you have before bidding.
