Motorcycle BMW K1200 RS Year 1998

Purchased from Dealer in 2010 at 12,000 miles, econd owner. Rode it frequently for two years than suffered an injury that prevent riding for two years. Occasionally rode in 2014 and 2015, ut decided to sell this Summer. Still runs smooth and has great acceleration and handling. Not recommended for a first time rider. Ideal for short to medium trips not recommend for cross country bike tours, y personnel experience was that my legs would fell cramped after a few hours on the bike.

• Only modification to bike is leather pad on tank to prevent scratching from jacket zipper.
• New tries with only a season of riding on them.

• Small scratches on left lower fender.
• Leather on seat starting to crack.
  
• Slow oil leak from crank case, elieve it is from a cracked gasket. Did not occur when bike was purchased from dealer 2010. Notice leak shortly after resuming riding in 2015.
  
• Oil changes and service has been kept up on bike.
  
• 1 Year old battery in Bike.
• Bike kept in heated garage during winter months and on trickle charger.
