1975 BMW R90/6

Here is a very nice R90/6 . I've had this bike for 13 yrs. I never rode it much when I first purchased it. It became a project bike for my spare time. It had a full faring on it which I removed. and replaced the strait handlebars with Clubman cafe bars. The strait bars left a little dent on each side of the gas tank that doesn't show in the pictures. The turn signals as well as a headlight mount went  with the fairing. so I replaced them with a vintage bullet style turn signal and after market headlamp mount. I spent many many hours polishing the aluminum engine cases . heels . forks . cylinder fins. carbs. and chrome.   The carbs have been rebuilt. along with the forks and transmission. I also installed a new clutch rod and rebuilt the master brake cylinder. Brand new battery this August. All the lights work except the neutral light. Recent tune up and wiring. Fresh oil and oil filter. The seat needs some repair along the bottom edge and left front . Comes with a new seat hinge and trim kit. spare set of rear brake shoes. original tool kit. service manual. and numerous small parts. The BMW hard case bags are extra unless I get my reserve price. I haven't clipped them on because I don't think they go well with the cafe look. Handy for a long ride however. Could use new tires and a horn to pass inspection. There is also a small exhaust leak where the cross-over pipe meets the right side exhaust.  I never completely finished this bike and it needs to be ridden.  It will probably need some extra miner adjustments.  Starts right up and runs great.
