BMW K100 LT1988 - Motorbike - Motorcycle - SPARES/REPAIRS Bobber/Cafe racer projectNO RESERVEI have for sale my BMW K100 LT 1988. I originally purchased this to turn it into a bobber/cafe racer project but have ended up buying another motorbike. so must get rid of this as space required. It has no MOT or tax and will require a battery to get MOT.  The motorbike is currently on SORN.  I have lost the near side mirror from the fairing but a replacement is available from ebay for about £30. The bike could also do with a new petrol cap as the locking mechanism seized and was removed although. the current one still locks and seals but really could do with being replaced. The seat is in good condition with no tears. The body work is in reasonable condition with no cracks to the fairing. side panels. tail piece.  The gear indicator switch on the rev counter is showing it's in 4th gear so a new gear position indicator switch will be required to be fitted to the bike but a new one will be supplied with the bike. The other small problem is once the engine is up to temperature there is a slight leak from the radiator so I have also purchased a new radiator which will be supplied with the bike. The previous owner fitted a new clutch. oil filter. air filter and fuel filter. It also has a brand new avon back tyre and the front tyre is also avon and it's 6mm of tread. The bike also has heated handle bar grips. The brembo brakes are all working fine and all lights and indicators etc appear to be working.  It has BMW luggage. panniers and top box. Also comes with a stereo which is disconnected.  This bike is located near Perth.
