2005 BMW R1100 S METALIC RED

Hello and welcome. y stunning bike is for sale. it comes complete with all service history and books. it's original Tool Kit and Puncture Kit. 2 keys. every MOT. I have just serviced it and fitted new front Brembo brake pads. new rear and double front HELL stainless steel clear plastic coated breaded hoses. new front and rear Dunlop Sportsmart 2. new manual Cruise control. new Winderlich adjustable foot peg lowering kit. new K&N air filter. new stainless de-cat exhaust pipe and a new carbon front Fender extension. The bike benefits being fitted with a taller screen. a carbon rear splash guard. handle bar mount mirrors just like the last Boxercup Reps. expensive Schnitzer Wheels with the rear being a 180 (5. 5 inch) these combined with new Dunlops when balanced only the rear required weights the front was spot on reading "00" "00"I spent a long time searching for the best R1100s. when I found this one. it is one of the last made so it has the Twin Spark engine and finished in this gorgeous colour. Bought it and spent a lot of money to bring it up to this spec. changing almost every visible fixing for stainless ones and using new Bight Zinc Plated ones for all high load bearing fixings i. e. 8. 8. 10. 9. 12. 9. all torqued up correctly. Why am I selling. well I've owned two of these before and loved them only changing them for a 1200GS and then a HP2. I sold my last bike because of a knee replacement 2 years ago. I thought I wouldn't be able to maneuver a large bike again but now my knee is great so I looked for a R1100s and found this one. bought it and brought it up to this standard. however after an hour of riding it proved too cramped for my knee even with the lowering pegs my knee was too bent for too long so now I'm going to try a 1200GS out or jump ship after 15 years on BMW's and try a KTM 990 SMT either would have to be in immaculate and have low mileage. Obviously you have looked at others. yes there are cheaper ones and they do look it and no doubt would deliver making a good reliable daily hack commuter bike. This fantastic bike is priced right taken into consideration its immaculate condition. nbsp;mileage. history and extras. It needs nothing doing to it. its all done. it even has a full tank of petrol. This 1100s must be the one of the best available. nice ones like this are becoming very collectible and if looked after and kept in this condition would not loose a penny in fact it will become an investment in the near future.
