BMW K100 LT 1988 - Motorbike - Motorcycle - SPARES/REPAIRS Bobber/Cafe racer projectNO RESERVEI have for sale my BMW K100 LT 1988. I originally purchased this to turn it into a bobber/cafe racer project but have ended up buying another motorbike. so must get rid of this as space required. It has no MOT or tax.  The motorbike is currently on SORN. To get the motorbike MOT'd it would need a new battery. a petrol tank and cap as current petrol tank has a hole in it and it leaks.  A replacement petrol tank is available from ebay from around £50 upwards and the fuel cap/key is about £30+. Also. nbsp;I have lost the near side mirror from the fairing but a replacement is available from ebay for about £35. The seat is in good condition with no tears. The body work is in reasonable condition with no cracks to the fairing. side panels. tail piece.  Mileage: 30. 50The gear indicator switch on the rev counter is showing it's in 4th gear so a new gear position indicator switch will be required to be fitted to the bike but a new one will be supplied with the bike. The other small problem is once the engine is up to temperature there is a slight leak from the radiator so I have also purchased a new radiator which will be supplied with the bike. The previous owner fitted a new clutch. oil filter. air filter and fuel filter. It also has a brand new avon back tyre and the front tyre is also avon and it's 6mm of tread. The bike also has heated handle bar grips. The brembo brakes are all working fine and all lights and indicators etc appear to be working.  Please note that as the petrol tank is leaking and the battery is flat so I can't start this bike but the engine runs fine and all gears are ok. This would be an excellent project bike or a good winter hack but space required so must go. I have a V5 registration document in my name and 2 keys. It has BMW luggage. panniers and top box. Also comes with a stereo which is disconnected.  This bike is located near Perth.
