BMW F650 CS Scarver (Awesome Commuter Bike 75mpg)

Description

Fantastic commuter motorbike in excellent condition. I bought this around three months ago from a known source. I bought it to commute for a new job but the job has fallen through and I no longer need it.

It has only done 14k miles. 2k miles since it?ˆ™s last service. MOT is until August 2015 and 10 months road tax remaining. however i am using it so the mileage will change.

I originally paid £2900 and have just put a brand new high spec Pirelli back tyre on it for £135 and a rear box for over £100 and I paid £150 for a mechanic to check the bike over before i started using it. all receipts and full history available.

This bike is perfect for commuting. online guides quote 65mpg but I have been getting 75mpg. only £44 road tax and cost me £100 to insure fully comp with zero ncd as i hadn't ridden for 15 years. It has a huge turning circle and high visibility which is great for filtering and is very easy to ride. and i find the 650 engine responsive and acceleration is very good. Being a BMW it is very well built. i get around 150 miles out of a tank. it's belt driven. which is great for year round commuting and low maintenance. has heated Grips. electric Start etc etc. Unfortunately it was dropped by the previous owner and has two light scuffs on the fairing. it also slight black marks from my jacket. but these will polish out. Apart form that it is in very good condition and rides perfectly. plus stored in shed at night.
