BMW R80GS PARALEVER LOW MILES VGC NEW TYRES EXCELLENT RUNNER

This 1991 Paralever Shaft Drive R80GS has covered just 21274 miles and comes with some documentary evidence to support this in the way of SORNs and old MOTs

Listed as blue on the logbook it is the original BMW colour but please see the photos.

It still has its original folding key which is recorded in the riders handbook. there are another 2 spare keys.

The steering. addle. nbsp;fuel and ignition locks all work with these keys. All numbers are matching.

It has removable Krauser panniers with 2 keys. heated 2 stage grips and engine protection bars.

The toolkit is complete and in excellent condition.  

I have owned this bike for 7 years and am reluctantly having to sell it to make space in my cramped garage.  

Recent work (2-3K mls) includes:- new starter motor. stainless steel Y exhaust. new gearbox seals and bearings (the clutch was checked and found to be as new). front and back Metzeler Tourance tubeless tyres(less than 1K mls).  Carburetor clean and balance and full engine gearbox and final drive oilchange.

These bikes are quite tall and at 5?ˆ™9?ˆ? I struggled so I fitted a Wilburs White Power RT type shock which is a recognized lowering mod. It is now more user friendly and handles exceptionally well.

There are no known faults with this bike except for some paint crazing on the right side panel and a crack in the speedo glass (see pics).

The engine is sweet. gearbox crisp and rides perfectly. I would not hesitate to ride it anwhere.

Currently on a SORN and can come with a years MOT.
