Description

Here is your chance to own a 1964 BMW R69S with a side car and 4 cylinder engine.  This bike has been built more then 25 years ago and has been mostly the same way since.  This R69S has a early 1970's Subaru EA-63 engine. which puts out a displacement of 1361 cc's. The engine is electric start or kick start. since it has the original R69S transmission attached. You can also shift it with your foot or a lever side shift. Carbs are from a early Honda CB motorcycle. Fan and radiator are hidden inside the back of the sidecar. Seat of the sidecar car is showing its age and has a new seat cover over it. radio no longer works. Story goes from the owner who built it . s the front nose of the sidecar was made from one of Mario Andretti's back up race cars. I do not have proof to prove this story. The rest of the bike is a BMW R69S which is stated on VIN plate and correct frame number. see picture. Front of frame was modified to fit the engine and what looks like chrome crash bars are actually part of the frame. which I think is so cool.  I do have another matching paint storage box that sits on-top of the back fender of the motorcycle. I did get the bike running for a quick video. but I will still be listing it has a non running project. The bike has a clean FL title in my name.  Take a look at the 48 picture slideshow I provided in the listing and the one quick video.  You must use a regular computer or laptop to see the slideshow and video.  They will not show up with apps. phones. or some tablets.   This is a NO RESERVE auction.
