BMW R1150GS Adventure

After many years of looking and deciding whether or not to get on I finally pulled the trigger and bought one last year. One year on its now for sale. Reasons for selling are mainly that since buying it and riding it back from Scotland i have had 2 very short Sunday rides and 2 commutes on it so less than 1000 miles since i bought it. And a cheap mod too!The not so goodThe previous owner was a farmer in Scotland who bought the bike from new. hardly used it and left it outside most of the time. As a result their is a bit of corrosion to the engine. forks and frame. Saddle is also a bit faded. If you want to verify the history of the bike I can give you the details of the shop I bought it from as they sold it for one of their regular customers (an off road dealer)Its all cosmetic though and could probably be tidied up into a mint example very easily for those with the timeBike currently has a private plate on it which i will probably take off but can be discussed separatelyIf/when the bike sells i will the be selling the following although items marked Oxford soft tail pack Alpinestars waterproof jacket ***Really sad about doing this but the bike will only sit around for another year or three not being usedPicture is from when I bought the bike last year but can take more if needed.
