2007 BMW K1200GT crash damage

The bike is damaged on both sides.  All plastic fairings with the exception of the fuel tank cover have been damaged.  Windshield. and top luggage rack are damaged.  It is missing the left foot peg.  Left mirror needs replacement and the right mirror's black plastic is scratched. No aftermarket extras.  The exhaust is aftermarket (I don?ˆ™t know the brand) and it is slightly scratched. Luggage is included.  The left luggage has minor scratches and the right luggage has many scratches.  The bottom latch on the right luggage is sheared off and it cannot be secured to the frame.  it only hangs on the top hooks. Break Lever is bent and the turn signal button on the left hand side is missing. The bike still runs.  It was inspected by Sandia BMW in Albuquerque and all damage found is cosmetic.
