BMW R80RT 1991 red, monoshock 61k miles, 12 months MOT, very reliable

I am selling my R80RT 1991 Monoshock. I have had this bike for a little over three years and in that time it has never let me down. The only things I have done to it (apart from standard service items) are repair a fault in the heated grips (not that they are needed behind the large faring). replace the seat base as it had cracked due to a top box previously have been fitted (a common problem) and replaced the condensor which gave me plenty of notice of its fault. allowing me to get home. no problem. Shortly after buying the bike I replaced the collector and exhaust with new stainless steel items. I am selling as I have two other bikes and am just not riding it anymore. I started it this morning for the first time in two months. no problem. and rode it to the testing station where it passed its MOT with one minor advisory  - "Rear roller brake test indicates slight fluctuation of brake effort" . Other bits. the tyres are virtually new. I was going to replace the oil and filter but guess any new owner would probably do this themselves so I will include the oil and filter with the bike  Also included is a new cover for the front light. a section of second hand wiring loom I purchased on ebay and never touched. paint (the correct colour for the bike. but be aware the actual paint on the bike has changed over time). a trickle battery charger and any other bits I find in the meantime. Bad bits. the voltage metre has a mind of its own. that's it really. but be aware this is a 23 year old bike that has not been restored but used and cared for.  It does show its age but better than most. The bike can be viewed during the time of the auction (in evenings) at my house near Haywards Heath. East Sussex and I would always recommend this. Ebay bits. don't turn up to look and expect to seduce me with cash.  I don't need to sell this bike and know I will regret it later. There is no Buy It Now price. any questions asking for one will be ignored.  I am not arranging shipping.  that is the buyers responsibility and I will not accept bids from outside the UK. The auction will run to the end  and the reserve is reasonable and will not be disclosed so please. don't ask. £100 deposit via paypal within 24 hours of the end of the auction. the remainder via paypal or bank transfer prior to collection.
