BMW K75S

BMW K75 SUp for auction I have my BMW K75S. from 1986. It has had the fairing upgraded to the K1100RT fairing. to vastly improve the wind/weather protection. I must stress that it was only for this reason. NOT because it was dropped/crashed. Since I've owned the bike. I have changed the followingNew tyres front and rear (roughly 500 miles covered on them)New rear shockNew fork seals + fork oilNew rear disc + padsNew oil + filterNew thermostatReplaced water pump / oil pump (as-new reconditioned unit)Replaced rear brake master cylinder (second hand. refurbished and serviced prior to fitting)New powder coat on the rear wheelI use this bike for a 100 mile daily commute (including A roads and motorway) but am now selling due to getting myself a R1100RT as I plan to set off on the continent!This bike is a perfect commuter / utility bike. Let's be honest. it isn't the prettiest. but it does have German reliability. with the fuel economy of a 750cc (clocked by myself at 51mpg) twinned with the wind/weather protection of the larger K1100RT fairing. which will keep you warm and dry in the coming months.
