Offered for auction is my 2004 BMW K1200 LT. This motorcycle is in excellent condition. The motorcycle has always been garaged. even the previous owner kept it in a heated/cooled garage. It has never sat outdoors or in the rain. There isn't a speck of rust anywhere. It has extremely low miles. and has all the options available at the time. such as heated seats. grips. cruise control. intercom with dual headsets/mics. Stereo. 6-disk CD changer. CB radio. ABS. electronic adjustable lite-tinted clear windshield. adjustable headlight beams. and much more. Everything works that I know. Included with the bike is the very nice factory BMW all-weather bike cover. and BMW battery charger made to connect to the bike through it's charging system. It has a factory alarm system. including motion detection. several key fob's. remotes. all original owner manuals/ paperwork. I also purchased the correct maintenance and service CD for this bike. It has had a fresh service performed. with all filters and fluids changed. It does not smoke at start up. and does not leak one drop of anything. The tires are in very good condition. the previous owner said he had them replaced about 1300 miles ago. The battery has been replaced too. and it keeps its charge when not on the maintenance trickle charger.
About the transportation I offered: I have an open top Ramp-free trailer that I can help deliver this bike if someone should need it transported. at NO CHARGE. I realize it is cold outside. and not everyone has the means to pick-up or transport this bike. It is a little large to get into the back of a pick-up truck. but I think it could be done. I have a couple sets of ramps. and an embankment to assist in loading the bike. if that is what you choose. OR. I am willing to travel up to a couple hundred miles from Louisville. Ky. . I will load the bike on the trailer and transport something like a radius of Evansville. Indianapolis. Dayton. Cincinnati. Ashland area. north Knoxville. Nashville. Etc. we can discuss and transport only after a substantial down payment/ agreement. I could transport a greater distance. for the fuel expense. nbsp;etc. (You must email/discuss with me prior to purchasing if that is in your needs. )
Good luck with your bidding. thanks for taking the time to read these description details. Please ask any questions or request more photos. ( I'm not a photographer. some photos are taken outside. most inside for better detail. nbsp;some have light reflections) Please only bid if you are serious. Thank You.
I've had a few questions concerning the reason I'm selling the bike that I would like to address. I purchased the bike last summer with the intent of having a comfortable touring bike for my wife and I to enjoy a long weekend and/or the occasional vacation trip. We enjoyed a few day trips. However I've had some unexpected health issues that have changed our plans. I am selling the bike because of health issues. there are no issues with the bike itself.
