I'm selling my 1977 R100S. The bike is fantastic. Is is a Canadian model so it has a very cool feature. a shaft from the rear of the transmission for a kickstarter. The bike does not have the kick starter but a shaft with a BMW cover on it. You can add a kickstarter and have the only 77 R100s in the states that has one. I purchased the bike from a gentleman who rode it to the San Francisco area from Ontario and then left it in his daughters garage. It is now completely legal in the states and registered in CA with a clean and clear CA title. The speedometer is in Kilometers and shows 32. 00 kilometers or. 20K miles. I love these old airheads but just purchased an R90S so the 100 has to go. The bike runs perfectly. Fresh rebuild on the 40MM Bing carbs. fresh valve adjustment. fresh fluids. and spline service. The bike is ready for a ride in the twisties or a trip across the country. I actually have two fairings for the bike and the second fairing has the VERY rare Talbot-Berlin mirrors installed. If the bike sells for the buy it now price both fairings and the berlin talbots will be included. otherwise the second fairing will be negotiable for the buyer. There are only one set of gauges with the two fairings. (clock and voltmeter) Brand new progressive fork springs and new progressive rear shocks. I have installed the older style peanut shell valve covers on her but have the original black covers and they will be included with the bike. Original tool kit and owners manuals are included with the bike. Tank has some scratches because of a lot of miles with a tank bag. Bike is in fine shape mechanically and cosmetically. You will love it when you see it and ride it. Tires are Metzlers and not new but have plenty of life left. I would say 80%. Take a look at the pics and you will fall in love. I have included pics of the second fairing mounted on the bike as well as the original. I just realized that the original fairing pics don't show the stock mirrors but they are here and will go with the bike of course. If you have any questions please feel free to email.
