1995 BMW K1100LT SE MAROON

Here's my much loved BMW K1100LT SE. very sadly having to sell! Its a superb sports/touring bike. in excellent mechanical condition. just been fully serviced by myself. I had planned to tour Europe on this bike next summer. but finances have changed my plans.  As you may know. this is a superb high speed tourer. with just about everything needed for touring included.  Its the SE version. with the Comfort seat. electrically adjustable screen. brand new heated handlebar grips. LED driving lamps. fully working ABS. top box and panniers. crash bars. hazard lights. 2x cigarette type power points. uprated headlamp bulb and lights.  I've cleaned and lubed the rear splines with Guard Dog Moly paste. the best there is. I've fitted a pair of LED rear lamps that sit either side of the tail lamp. these flash and glow brighter when the brakes are applied.  The ABS works perfectly. plus I've fitted new brake pads all round. I've just serviced the bike. with genuine oil filter. synthetic oil. new spark plugs and air filter. In addition. the previous owner fitted a new genuine BMW Battery. fuel pump and filter just before selling it to me. about 1500 miles ago.  I've just fitted a pair of Battlax BT023 radial tyres. they are literally brand new. 110 fr &150 rr. and really improve the handling. I also fitted new fork seals and oil as one was leaking a little.  In addition to the standard panniers I've added a new unused pair of liners. and also a new genuine BMW tank bag. with waterproof cover.  The top box and panniers are respainted gloss black. and its not the best job: I've covered part of one pannier in carbon fibre vinyl. looks a bit better! I was hoping to tour around Europe next year. I've got this bike ready for it. but sadly I can't carry out my plans. so its up for sale. This would make a perfect winter bike. as its so warm behind that superb fairing. yet its easy enough to throw about! I am gutted at having to sell the bike. this is a 100% genuine 'sorry to sell' ad. so you are more than welcome to come and view the bike. have a cuppa and a chat.
