1997 BMW f650 ST

For sale is a great looking 1997 F650 ST. This the classic dual carb. dual exhaust. chain drive F650. The bike includes rear rack. bags. pelican case. crash bars. aftermarket windshield. headlight protector. and aftermarket metal belly pan. The bike also comes with a new spare starter motor. cover. and a Clymer manual. The original tool kit and manual are included. I am the third owner and the previous owner was an aircraft mechanic from Southwest who took incredible care of it. The tires have less than 1. 00 miles. The bike does need the water pump seals replaced before it is ridden. Before I purchased the bike. it has a cleaning of the carbs. got new tires. and brake pads. new battery. and an overhaul of the water pump. However. for some reason the new seals developed a leak after about 1. 00 miles. So. the impeller and other components have been replaced and all that is needed is a seal replacement. The reserve price generously reflects the cost for the repair. This is a common and simple repair on this model and the parts from BMW are about 65. 00. but I am not mechanically inclined and I simply don't have the time to ride it.
