TRIBSA 650 BSA GOLD STAR CB32 DBD34 FRAME TRIUMPH T110 BONNEVILLE RESTORATION

This Tribsa was built & registered as 'rebuilt' in 1969. I bought this 30 years as a project that i've never got round to doing. Frame is a 1960 BSA CB32 Gold Star (DBD32 / DBD34 ) Engine is Triumph Tiger 110 with 1962 Bonneville top end. Norton Roadholders . deep valanced alloy rims & fibreglass tank & seat. I have the green logbook & an old MOT so re-registering once built up shouldn't be a problem. Another option would be to use the frame for a gold star & use a standard frame for the tribsa& re-register both on age related plates. The bike is about 95 % complete - all major parts are present main exceptions being the crank pinion. ilencers. lutch pushrod. primary chain & wiring. The bike was dismantled for a rebuild by the previous owner so obviously will require attention - the clutch & primary drive are worn & will need replacing. Primary case has been modified to fit the frame by hack sawing the end off ! - needs looking at . The crankcases are a matched pair & have been repaired in the past - looks like someones been trying a bit too hard !The engine plates are all original made by Converta . Speedo & rev counter are not original. Please study the photos as they form part of the description. I would say most parts are useable - barrels are +40 so one more to go. I loosely assembled the bike for the photos - it is now a rolling chassis with everything else in boxes - I could disassemble it more if requiredCollection in person preferred but I will do my best to help if you wish to arrange a courier.
