Description

Due to a lack of time and subject knowledge. it is with regret that I am selling my 1936 BSA 250cc B3 Light De-Luxe and passing this project onto someone who can give it the dedication it deserves.  It was the subject of a restoration several years ago and purchased by myself as an unfinished project and sadly. has been left unfinished and unused since. Whilst the engine will start. it would have to be classed as a non-runner in its current state.  This is an incredibly rare motorcycle and I understand it is the little sister of the BSA 350cc R4. utilising the same frame but having a smaller cylinder head of 100cc less.  It retains its registration number COJ 731 (non transferable).  It also has its original engine and frame with matching numbers. I have the headlamp which was unfortunately dropped and sustained a dent to the shell and broken lens. I also have the triangular tool box which bolts to the rear of the frame.  This motorcycle has been registered with the Vintage Motorcycle Club of Great Britain. and I have the registration certificate and V5 log book. I also have an original buff continuation log book.  It is available for viewing. which I would encourage. nbsp;as I am unable to answer many questions due to a lack of subject knowledge.   Viewing is by mutually agreed appointment. between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. The buyer will need to arrange their own transportation for collection of the motorcycle. Because of its rarity. it is difficult to put a value on this machine and therefore I do not have a buy it now price.
