BSA B25 Starfire 250cc single 1969 H reg

Here is my 1969 H Reg BSA Starfire B25 250cc single. I bought this bike in 2004. Engine and frame numbers match. Tyres have good tread. This is an old bike that is exempt from road tax. V5 is present and sorned. I have the original green log book and some other papers old test certificates. This BSA will need the basics done to get it on the road.  Oil change. some general lubrication of cables etc. the drive chain isn't to bad (kept it oiled) but re-oiling wouldn't hurt. A new battery is needed. carburettor will probably need cleaning. as fuel will have probably gone sticky. a fastener for the left hand side panel is missing and the gators on the fork legs have perished. handle bar rubber on twist grip split but throttle works OK. It was put away as a running bike in 2007 in a dry clean shed wrapped up. but still has good compression and selects all gears OK. If you buy you must be able to collect.
