BSA C15 250cc Classic Motorbike

Hi folks. Selling by lovely BSA C15 which I have owned for a few years. All in all this is a very original looking BSA and looks like it would have looked back in the 60s. My reason for sale is that I have another bike. I need a car and cant afford to have it hanging around much as I would like to keep her. Ideal collectable classic bike. Good bitsHas been stored (inside) since I have had it with very light use. When I had it running it ran very well. gears all good and could get up to 60 with no problems. very nice to ride in fact. I will try and get it going before the end of the auction and will update. Fettling bitsAs with any classic of this age it has a few things to bear in mindBattery - it has run down and been left so I will chuck in a new battery Kick start - fitted a new kick start paw. works fine but can sometime be feltClutch - this does need a bit of an adjustment. at the moment the level sticks out a bit so have to remove the small level cover when riding. Exhaust - this previously had a bit of a bad weld (not me) see picturesDings -  as per pictures. obviously the odd scuff n scratch. note a small bite of one of the engine fins. nothing major. Stand - this needs a new springLights - they did work. back does but front doesn't want to come onOther infoMOT -  no mot at the moment but I dont think it would need much to get through. it hasn't changed or been messed with since it was on the road. has been and is currently SORN so you will need a van or trailer. Miles - last MOT shows 19. 45. bike shows 19. 38. Tax - its an historic vehicle so no cost thereV5 is present. YEAR -  on the V5 it states year on manufacturer as 1961. However just to note it seems the V5 was reapplied for so states first registered 1997.   I do seem to remember checking the chasis and engine numbers and I think they relate to 1963/4Might be something to take up with the DVLA if thier classic MOT rule changes.
