Manufactured  1967 but date of first registration in the uk is 1977

I am the 7th owner and have only owned it just over one year . t always manages to puts a smile on my face when I ride her and it is a reluctant sale.

The motorcycle has gone through a bare metal restoration and is almost good enough to show. It starts and runs very well.

 Good points

All metal work including the wheel rims have been stripped back to bare metal. /p>

Etch primed. high build up primed and top coated. deep bronze green

The engine and gearbox have been over hauled including the fitting of Alpha

Big end bearing and piston. valves and guides

All gearbox bearings and bushes have been renewed .

The forks have been stripped new seals and gaiters fitted.

New Pirelli MT 43 Tyres and tubes have been fitted.

New Renolds rear chain fitted .

A new Amal 626 concentric carburetta has been fitted along with cable controls.

Along with all of the above items the headlamp. Battery. points. spark plug. /p>

Speedo cable. have been renewed. The majority of the nuts and bolts have been renewed.

Bad Points

The front wheel and tyre is a 21’’ version it should be  20’’

The rear chain case is not original 3 piece army version

There is a small tear at the rear of the seat

There is still a minor oil leak from the engine casing . but it is a BSA

A lot of love . care and expense  has gone into completing this restoration

All of the above was done approx. five years ago now . the bike has been used

but is still in very good order

comes with  a manual and many other maintenance notes and pictures.
