Billed at the time as the fastest production bike ever made. this 1967 BSA Spitfire MK III Special is one of a kind. With less than 8800 miles. all maintenance records. and the fact that this bike has ben kept in a humidity controlled environment all its life. you will not find another like it. As described in the item condition. this bike is all original and stock with the following exceptions: Black shock covers are missing; carbs have been changed. however. the original Amal sports carbs have been kept and will be sold with the bike; the seat has been recovered; the fuel tank has been taken apart and repaired; the side covers are missing an attachment bolt. Other than that. this bike is exceptional condition and does not need to be restored.
