441 Victor

Helping a gentleman here in Vermont part with his beloved 441. 3rd owner bike from back in the day when he was in California. Dragged it around for years and brought it to our shop, he Classic Bike Experience, n Essex VT to get it running again last year. The speedo stopped working long ago, ut the owner is confident that this is a "low mileage" bike. From the looks, t has seen more barn time than road time and I have no reason to doubt him. Motor is sound with no smoke or noises. We did the normal get-it-running drill at the shop last year and it is a genuine one-kick starter. Tickle the carb, et the kick start lever on compression, it the compression release and kick it over. In reality, tarting a 441 is not hard as you let the fly wheel do the work once you get the hang of it.
The pictures more or less tell the story. You can ride it as is, o a complete restoration on it, r do a rolling restoration here and there as you enjoy it. Everybody loves the 441s and this a good one underneath the heavy patina. We've seen many that have been pretty well beaten up. not the case here. Just getting old like the rest of us.
